  7. PCQ Pascal is a simple Pascal compiler for the Amiga.  The
  8. complete distribution includes the following files, but some
  9. versions may be missing some files.  If you got an incomplete
  10. archive (and want a complete one), just send me a disk.

  34. Since A68k and Blink are available on most BBSs I don't normally
  35. include them in the BBS archive.

  37. Version 1.2d of PCQ Pascal is currently available, but only, alas,
  38. to registered users.  The registration fee is $25 US, which gets
  39. you the latest version of the compiler (it has lots of new
  40. options), a flexible make utility, and much more.  See
  41. Announcement for more information.

  52. the compiler and run time library are all copyrighted by me, but
  53. feel free to distribute this version.  Please include as much of
  54. the archive as you received, if at all possible.

  56.                 Announcing PCQ Pascal version 1.2d

  58. A friend of mine recently pointed out that not only was I not
  59. making any money from PCQ Pascal, but in fact with disks, postage,
  60. packing material, telephone bills, documentation, etc, I was
  61. actually spending a lot more than I was taking in.  In an effort
  62. to shrink that gap, I am now offering a registered version of PCQ
  63. Pascal for $25 US.  From now on, the freely distributable version
  64. of PCQ Pascal will remain version 1.2b, although I will still fix
  65. bugs as they appear (the version will remain at 1.2b, but the date
  66. will be kept current).  The unregistered version will consist of:

  79.             includes variant records, an execution
  80.             profiler, CHIP and FAST keywords, access
  81.             to mathtrans.library for Cos(), Sin(),
  82.             etc., (* and *) comments, C calling
  83.             conventions, variable numbers of
  84.             parameters, and many other new features.
  85.     PCQ        A very flexible 'make' utility with many
  86.             options, including the ability to define
  87.             multi-file 'projects'.
  88.     Peep        The peephole optimizer
  89.     Pascal.DOC    The main documentation file
  90.     PCQ.doc        Documentation for the PCQ utility
  91.     PCQ.lib.DOC    Documentation for all the routines defined
  92.             in the Include:Utils directory, in a format

  102. For an additional $15, you will receive a printed, bound version
  103. of Pascal.DOC and PCQ.lib.DOC.  These are not just hardcopies of
  104. the files, however - they are completely reformatted to take
  105. advantage of the printer.  They even have complete indexes.

  107. Registered users will recieve updates for the price of a disk and
  108. postage, including the 2.0 include files and runtime library as
  109. soon as they are available (updating for AmigaDOS 2.0 is one of
  110. several impending expenses that caused me to consider a registered
  111. version).  If you have sent me money in the past I will be happy
  112. to apply it to your registration fee.  You'll have to remind me
  113. about it, however, because until now there wasn't any reason to
  114. keep track.
